Baby Jogger City Select Stroller & City Select Car Seat

The City Select 2 Stroller, Eco Collection is a versatile stroller that can transform from a single to double stroller with the addition of a second seat or glider board (sold separately). It can also be configured into a triple travel system by adding the bench seat or an infant car seat. It has 24 configurations in all and is the most highly rated stroller. This model uses Baby Jogger's comfortable, breathable TENCEL fabrics that help with thermal regulation and are sustainably sourced. It includes a leatherette handlebar, bumper bar, and belly bar. It folds 20% smaller than the market-leading single-to-double stroller, the UPPAbaby Vista V2, and is also lighter.

It has a moderate-sized shade and an e-snap-aboo window that is simple to close or open. The telescoping handlebar is one of the easiest to adjust and works well for parents of all sizes. The seats recline, and they have a footwell adjustment button to allow you to place your child for maximum comfort. The storage bin is roomy however we would prefer it had a latch that is more secure. The bin is easy to open, but the zippers can be annoying because they need to be removed and refastened after every use.

The City Select, like its siblings, has single-action breakers that are easy to install and release by pulling a lever on the frame side, lower than the handlebar. It is suitable for sandals and barefoot and is a significant improvement over the awkward levers for brakes that some competitors use.

This is the only stroller we've reviewed in our review that can accept two infant car seats, making it a great option for twins or for parents with a single child and a baby coming soon. It can fit most infant car seats from the major brands by using an adapter. We tested it with the Britax/BOB Chicco KeyFit 30 and Graco Click Connect models and also the Cybex Aton, Aton Q and Nuna Pipa.

The City Select is not compatible with the UPPAbaby Vista V2. The City Select is a good option for families that already have a car seat but need a stroller that can accommodate it. However, you might be better served with another convertible stroller in this case.
